Recipe: Mama's Honey Tea:
-8 oz boiled water
-2 tbsp raw local honey
-1/4-1/2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove)
-Optional: for extra tang, add spritz of lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar
